Current Projects – Domestic

PJPS have been engaged by a client to develop an investment strategy incorporating real estate. PJPS have been able to assist the client to locate a property which has subdivision potential and recommended a construction option to allow the client to invest and obtain a Capital Gain in real estate and a long term rental return on the property.

The investment package was chosen to suit the clients budget and expected returns on investment for capital appreciation and long term income. PJPS located a property in country NSW which had a large block over 1000 sq/mts, suitable for subdivision including an older style cottage established on the block.

PJPS developed a proposal to subdivide the block and have a relocatable house complexed on the new block to meet local council and BCA requirements. The relocatable house option saved the client approximately $80,000.00 in construction costs  when compared to insitu building on the block therefore enabling a greater return on capital investment and a higher capital gain for the investment.

PJPS were able to undertake feasibility and  viability evaluations for the client to assist in finance applications. PJPS will manage the development and construction on behalf of the client and deliver a completed house and land package to the client.
